he small group personal training programme has their own dedicated rack, rig, weights and kit designed to effectively build muscular strength, endurance and athletic performance. Whether you are training for muscle density, longevity, athletic performance, weight lifting or as a hybrid athlete our new facility can support your journey. 

The Skülptur method is rooted in community, partnerships and transformation.  We understand, that to enhance and progress strength of body and mind, clients need extra support, guidance and motivation.
By adding a 60 min personal training session to any training week, clients can super-charge results and success, while keeping sessions 
accessible and inclusive

Small Group Personal Training - The Detail : 
4 Week (rolling) Progressive training planned designed by Sally.
5:1 Coaching in a regular weekly slot, with regular coach, to ensure personalised training.
EXTRA drop in classes that are programmed to align with your SGPT training programme.

Priority booking on all additional drop in sessions.
Exclusive PT Members rate on additional classes.

Each block cost £90 for 4 x 1hr weekly Small Group PT sessions.
