Service Description

Smash the end of the week with an intense group training session. Come together and share energy as you test your endurance, strength, stamina and fitness taking on multiple stations; mashing up all aspects full body cardio, resistance and strength training. Working the full studio floor in pairs, you will have the motivation of others while you dig in deep to smash your own personal goals using either body weight, free-weight or resistance equipment.

Cancelation Policy

****Terms + Conditions **** All drop in sessions require 24 hours notice for cancelation. However, If you cancel with in 24hours and your slot is filled, you will be offered a refund. SMALL GROUP TRAINING: Once you have booked your 4:1 training block it means that your slot on that course has been sold and reserved. Regrettably, refunds cannot be given for any sessions that you miss during a training block. This is because we cannot resell that session to anyone else. A full refund will be given however, if you cancel your place on the training block, in writing, no later than 48hours prior to it starting. In the event that you do need to miss a session after the training block has started, we will endeavour to provide you with a catch up session on another day (or time). Please be aware that this offer remains entirely at our discretion and we cannot guarantee that a catch up session will be possible, or at a time convenient to you. We will do our best to help you still receive the number of sessions paid for. Please arrive 5 minutes before your session is due to start. All sessions must start promptly to enable enough time to fulfil the session programme. Thank you.
