Sally runs Personal Coaching sessions for 45 or 60 minutes outdoors, at Rockwater or in studio. Sally helps you find focus and set your goals. She prides herself on a strong focus on movement and technique and will ensure your fundamental movement and lifting techniques are honed, so you can feel confident, avoid injury, reach goals quicker, break through plateaus and feel physically and mentally better.
Sally translates the Skülptur method from in-person to 1hr online sessions, giving clients the flexibility and convenience of training from home. We focus efforts on a well-structured session ensuring individual needs are met.
