Sally runs Personal Coaching sessions for 1 to 4 Clients. Sally helps you find focus and set your goals. She prides herself on a strong focus on movement and technique and will ensure your fundamental movement and lifting techniques are honed, so you can feel confident, avoid injury, reach goals quicker, break through plateaus and feel physically and mentally better.
Sally is currently taking new enquires for 4-2-1 personal training sessions starting mid October 2021.
Sessions will be held in the new
Skülptur Studio @FitLab in Hove.
Training in small groups with friends or those with similar goals, will supercharge your motivation, commitment and gains, while benefiting from progressive programming and close up coaching.
